Pea protein's amino acids can complement other plant proteins to create a biological value of an animal protein. Pea protein contains essential and non-essential amino acids. Both are important for the human body as they are essential for maintaining and building muscle.
Also a healthy smooth skin and beautiful hair are the result of an adequate amino acid supply. But not only that! Our immune system also benefits from it.
