Pea Protein

Consumption recommendation
To prepare a protein shake, mix about 3 tablespoons of the powder (35g) with 350 ml of water or milk (tip with milk it tastes tastier, if you use milk, its nutritional values must be added). You can consume 1 to 4 of the resulting shakes a day, depending on your needs. Use them either as a snack or take them directly after training.
